CHICKEN JALFEREZI

CHICKEN JALFERIZI

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken boneless (cut in cubes) 1/2 kg
Onion (cut in cubes) 2
Tomato 4
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Haldi (turmeric powder) 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Whole spice powder 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp

METHOD:

1. Take a saucepan heat oil in it. Add onion and ginger garlic paste saute until golden brown.
2. Add chicken and all spices in it. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until chicken is done.
3. Then add tomatoes in it and cook it until tomatoes become soft and a thick gravy is formed. Add water if necessary.
4. Now add capsicum and cubed onion and cook for 2-3 minutes.
The delicious mouth watering chicken jalferizi is ready. Serve it with plain rice or egg/chicken fried rice.
