Mini Pizza

MINI PAN PIZZA


INGREDIENTS:

For Dough:

  • All purpose flour 2 cups
  • Caster sugar 1 tsp
  • Milk pwder 1 tbsp (optional)
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Instant yeast 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

  • For topping:

  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum finely chopped 3 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 3 tbsp
  • Chicken boiled 1 cup (shredded)
  • All purpose flour 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup (shredded)
  • Ketchup as required
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Olives 

  • METHOD:
  • For Topping:
  • 1.Heat up butter in a pan and fry onion in it, add boiled chicken, salt and black pepper stir it.
  • 2. Add flour and small amount of water in it. Mix very well and cook for 2 minutes.
  • For Pizza Dough: 
  • 3. In a bowl put flour, caster sugar, powder milk, egg, salt, yeast and oil mix well and knead it with luke warm water.
  • 4. Put this dough in a greased bowl and leave for atleast 1 hour to rise.
  • 5. Roll this dough with 1/2 inch of thicknessthe, and make small circular doughs (8-10).
  • 6. Place each piece in a greased baking tray.
  • 7. Place some ketchup, than chicken filling, capsicum, onion and olives
  • 8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese at the top and place this tray at some hot place for 30 minutes to rise.
  • 9. Place this tray in a preheated oven for 25 minutes and bake at 200 degrees.
