Water 1 cup
Tamarind (imli) 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds powder 1 tbspOlive Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Onion paste 1/4 cup
Brown Sugar 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Red Chili powder 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)
Mint leaves 3 tbsp (chopped)
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Crushed red chillies 1 tsp
1- In a pan, soak tamarind in water after 1-2 hours strain it.
2. In a cooking pan, add olive oil, garlic, onion paste, cumin seeds powder, brown sugar, prepared pulp, salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, crushed red chillies and cook for a while.
3. Then add chopped coriander and mint leaves , soy sauce and vinegar, cook for 2 minutes.
4. Cool it, store it in bottle in refrigerator. Serve with bbq items and much more.
