- 1. Preheat oven to 400º. Grease a large baking dish and set aside.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine chicken mince, salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, Parmesan, and egg yolk. Mix until all ingredients are blended well.
- 3. Make meatballs and place in a single layer in prepared baking dish. Bake until browned atleast for 20 to 25 minutes.
- 4. Garnish with basil leaves. Enjoy yummy meatballs with some sauce or ketchup.
