Chicken White Karahi

CHICKEN WHITE KARAHI

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken 1 kg
Cooking Oil as required
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Onion 2 medium (sliced)
Salt to taste
Red Chili powder 1 tsp
White Pepper Powder 2 tbsp
Green Chili 4-5
Cream 1/2 cup
Butter 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds powder 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Ginger (finely sliced) for garnishing
Green coriander for garnishing

METHOD:

1. First marinate chicken with vinegar, yogurt, white pepper powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder and salt for atleast 30 minutes.
2. In a pan, heat cooking oil, add onion and ginger garlic paste and stir well until golden brown.
2. Now add marinated chicken and stir well for 5 minutes.
3. Now add little water and cook until the chicken tenders.
4. Lastly add cream and butter and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Garnish with green chillies, ginger, green coriander and serve.
