CUTLETS


INGREDIENTS:

Beef mince 1/2 kg
Potato 4-5 (mashed)
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds powder 1/2 tbsp
Egg 2 (sliced)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Chopped green coriander
Green chillies 2 (chopped)
Whole round red chillies 4-5
All spice powder 1/2 tbsp
Onion 2 (chopped)
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Egg beaten 1

METHOD:

1. In a pot boil mince with whole round red chillies, ginger garlic paste all spice powder.
2. Now in a bowl take mashed potatoes, add boiled mince, salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, black pepper powder and mix well.
3. Now add green chillies, green coriander, onion and mix well.
4. Now make round cutlets with a slice of egg in center.
5. Roll in all purpose flour, then dip in egg and lastly roll in bread crumbs one by one. Deep fry until golden brown.
6. Serve hot with green chilli sauce or ketchup.
