Egg Fried Rice

Basmati rice 1/2 kg (soaked)
Capsicum 250 g (chopped)
Cabbage 250 g (chopped)
Spring onion 250 g (chopped)
Carrots 250 g (chopped)
Peas 250 g
Boiled Eggs 4 (sliced)
Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Chilli sauce 2 1/2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 1/2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
Onion 1 small sliced
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Oil as required
1. Firstly soaked rice in water for atleast 1/2 hour.
2. Take a saucepan heat oil in it and add onion , ginger garlic paste and saute until light brown.
3. Now add salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder and add little amount of water.
4. After adding water add all vegetables and boiled eggs ,cook them for 5 minutes. Now turn off the flame and add all sauces and mix well.
5. Boil rice in another saucepan and sieve them when one fourth water remains.
6. Mix rice with vegetables gravy and cook over low flame until rice done.
7. Serve hot.
