Egg Vegetable Soup

VEGETABLES AND EGG SOUP


INGREDIENTS:
Eggs (beaten) 2
Cabbage 1/2 (shredded)
Capsicum 2 (cubed)
Spring onion 250 g (chopped)
Carrots 250 g (sliced)
Tomatoes 2 chopped
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Water 1 1/2 cup
Onion (chopped) 1/2

Garlic chopped 1/4 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp

METHOD:
1. In a pan heat oil and add onion and chopped garlic in it, saute till golden brown , then add water let it boil then add beaten eggs in it with constant stirring. 
2. Add salt, black pepper, white pepper in it.
3. Now add all vegetables, vinegar and chili sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and add soy sauce.
5. Enjoy hot vegetable soup.
