Fish cutlets

FISH CUTLETS


INGREDIENTS:


Fish (boneless) 1/2 kg
Potato 2 medium (mashed)
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
White cumin powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Onion 1 medium (chopped)
Green chillies 2-3 (chopped)
Coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)
Vinegar 3 tbsp
All purpose flour 1 cup
Egg 2
Bread crumbs a cup
Oil for frying

METHOD:

1. In a bowl take fish and add all spices , add vinegar mix well and marinate it for 2 hours.
2. After two hours cook fish in steam until done.
3. In a bowl take cooked fish and add onion, green chillies, coriander, mashed potato and mix well.
4. Then make cutlets, coat a layer of all purpose flour, then dip in egg and lastly roll in bread crumbs.
5. Fry in oil at medium flame until golden brown.
6. Serve hot with ketchup.
