Green Spices Cutlets

Mince 500 g
Potato 4 (boiled+mashed)
Spinach 250 g (chopped)
Peas 250 g
Whole spring onion 250 g (chopped)
Mint leaves as required
Coriander leaves as required
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil as required
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
All purpose flour 1 cup
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Egg 1 (blended)
Lettuce leaves as required
Cucumber as required


1. In a blender put coriander leaves, mint leaves, spinach, peas and blend well until a thick paste is formed. Note that don't add water.
2. In a pan, heat oil add onion and ginger garlic paste and saute until golden brown.
3. Then add mince, salt, black pepper powder and cook it for atleast an hour. Cook on high flame until water dries.
4. Add blended paste in it and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Now make shape you want , coat a layer of all purpose flour, then dip in egg and then in bread crumbs. Fry it on low flame until golden brown.
6. Garnish with lettuce leaves, cucumber and onion and serve with green sauce or ketchup. Enjoy with your family.
