Hot And Sour Soup

HOT AND SOUR SOUP

INGREDIENTS:
  • Chicken (Boneless) 150g
  • Onion 1 medium (sliced)
  • Carrots 2-3 medium ( sliced)
  • Spring onion 100 g (chopped)
  • Cabbage 50 g chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Chinese Salt 1/2 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Chili Sauce 3-4 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 1 boiled (small cubed)
  • Corn Flour 4 tbsp (dissolved in little water)
  • Ketchup 1/4 cup
  • Crushed red chillies 1/4 tsp
METHOD:
1. Cook chicken in a pan by adding ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder.
2. When chicken becomes tender add all vegetables, boiled eggs, white pepper powder, Chinese Salt, sugar to it. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Now add corn flour to it and cook until the gravy becomes thick.
4. Then add all three sauces, ketchup, crushed red chillies mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Now Hot & Sour Soup is ready to serve.
