Kashmiri Tea

KASHMIRI CHAI (TEA)



INGREDIENTS:

Milk 6 cup
Water 2 cup
Green tea leaves 3 tbsp
Saffron a pinch
Baking soda a pinch
Salt a pinch
Sugar to taste
Pistachios (chopped) required
Almonds (chopped) as required
Cashews (chopped) as required
Cinnamon 1 piece
Cardamom 5-6

METHOD:

1. In a pot, put water and add green tea leaves, salt, sugar, cardamom, cinnamon and stir constantly for atleast 10 minutes.
2. Now add milk, baking soda ,saffron in it and cook for atleast 5 minutes.
3. Then add almonds, pistachios, cashews. Serve hot.
 Enjoy winters with hot Kashmiri tea.
