Microwave Mug Omelette

TWO MINUTES MICROWAVE MUG OMELETTE




INGREDIENTS:

  • Eggs 2
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Shredded cheese 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/6 tsp
  • Capsicum (chopped) 1 tsp
  • Carrot (chopped) 1 tsp
  • Onion (chopped) 1 tsp
  • Tomato (chopped) 1 tsp

METHOD:

  1. Take a mug and  coat it with olive oil.
  2. Add eggs to mug and whisk together with a fork.
  3. Add soy sauce, cheese, salt and black pepper.  Beat well till all ingredients are completely mixed together.
  4. Then add chopped vegetables and mix again.
  5. Microwave it for one minute. Check it out.
  6. Cook for another 45 to 60 seconds or until eggs are set. (If necessary).
  7. Yummy two minutes microwave mug omelette is ready to eat. Enjoy your breakfast.
