Mixed Vegetables

MIXED VEGETABLES


INGREDIENTS:
  • Potato 3-4 (cubed)
  • Peas 250 gm
  • Turnip 1 medium (cubed)
  • Carrot 1 medium (sliced)
  • Cabbage 1/4 (finely sliced)
  • Capsicum 1 (cubed)
  • Tomato 4 (chopped)
  • Onion 2 medium (sliced)
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Coriander (chopped) for garnishing
  • Green chillies(chopped) for garnishing
  • Chopped ginger for garnishing

  • METHOD:

  • 1. In a pan heat oil and fry onion until golden brown.
  • 2. Add all vegetables in it and add all spices mix them well.
  • 3. Add little water in it, cover and cook for 10 minutes or until water dries and vegetables are done.
  • 4.Dish it out, garnish with green chilies, ginger and coriander. Serve hot. Enjoy!
