Mince 1 kg (fine)
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1tbsp
garam masala powder 1 tsp
Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
Onion 1 large (Very finely chopped)
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Fresh coriander (chopped) 3tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Coal 1 piece
1. In a bowl mix all ingredients well.
2. Make long seekh kebabs.
3. Heat oil in a pan, shallow fry until done or grill them on coals.
4. After frying, add inflamed coal in it with the help of foil for 8-10 minutes.
5. Serve hot with sauce or ketchup.
