Pita bread 4-5
Boneless beef 400 g (cubed)
Cucumber 2 (round slices)
Onion 2 small (sliced)
Beetroot 2 medium (fine slices)
Capsicum 2 (cubed)
Lettuce leaves 4-5
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Green chillies garlic sauce 1/2 cup
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
All spice powder 1/4 tsp

1. In a bowl, marinate beef with papaya, all spices and half cup yogurt for 2 hours
2. In a bowl, add ketchup, chilli garlic sauce, yogurt , mayonnaise and black pepper powder mix well to make a special Shawarma sauce.
3. Now in a pan, heat oil and add ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute, then add marinated beef and cook until the beef tenders and water dries.
4. Now take a pita bread and put a layer of special Shawarma sauce on it then add cooked beef, add some onion, cucumber, capsicum, beetroot, lettuce leaves and then add some sauce over it. Fold it and make a roll
5. Now make all Shawarma in this way one by one.
6. Enjoy yummy Shawarmas.
