SWEET POTATO PUDDING (SHAKARQAND KI KHEER)
Sweet Potato (Shakarqand) 1 kg
Milk 4 kg
Sugar 1 kg
Pistachios as required
Almonds as required
1. Boil and mash sweet potatoes well.
2. In a pot, heat milk at medium flame and add mashed sweet potatoes in it.
3. Stir constantly till milk thickens. Now add sugar to it and mix well, it will become slightly dilute.
4. Stir constantly until it thickens again.
5. Pour in a garnish with pistachios and almonds.
6. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Serve chilled.
