Crispy French Fries

  • 2 large  potatoes
  • cornflour 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper powder to taste
  • Oil for frying

  1. Peel potatoes and cut them to finger chips like shape 
  2. Put them in a bowl of ice water and let them soak for about 20 minutes.
  3. Rinse well and then thoroughly dry them dry with tissue. Make sure to remove maximum water 
  4. Put them in a bowl and add little oil and cornflour so that they can coated.
  5. Then fry them in oil until golden brown and crispy and make sure to drain maximum amount of oil as you can.
  6. Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder over it.
  7. Your crispy fries are ready to serve enjoy with some red sauce or green chilli sauce.
